An Interesting Day

Didn't get any writing done to my V-Day fic today because I felt too tired to do so.  The main reason happened when I was out and about this morning.  Just before getting on the highway, the windshield to the car was hit with a stone.  That stone created 2 stone chips on the windshield.  I was not overly impressed with that.  Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've dealt with this because it has happened before.  It seems that every once and a while it happens when I'm behind the wheel.  Luckily I was heading to a town where I knew I could get it fixed and I did.  I have the funny feeling that these stones know when/where I'm driving and want to hit the windshield when I'm behind the wheel.  I smell a conspiracy here.

Any who, I picked up my monthly stack of comics and that should help me get over the stone chip business.  I'll have some good reading material to go through over the weekend and I'll work that in with completing my V-Day fic.

Plus, pitcher's and catchers report for Spring Training one week from today.  Man, where does the time go?  It felt like the season had just ended and the crappy Cardinals won the World Series (those lucky bastards, but they won't repeat because I have a feeling they won't).  In two weeks, Spring Training games will begin.  Now there's something to really look forward to because I know I am.
