It was a Hot Time in the Old Town Yesterday Morning

I found it very interesting to hear that there were two huge fires in a couple of towns that are fairly close to where I live. One was at a curling club and the other was at a Wendy's. Both fires pretty much gutted both facilities. Damage was estimated at $1.1 million for the curling club and $750,000 for Wendy's. So, that's about $2 million in damages for just two fires. Wow. sean_montgomery and I were talking about it yesterday and the figures that I have are new. I think she'll be surprised at this.

I am pleased to see that Affairs of the Heart continues to get reviews. I like that. Hopefully more people get to it as the days move along. On the fic front, I signed up for the next 12 Days event and it should be interesting. Believe it or not, I have an idea on what I want to do with it. I just have to wait on bistyboo1974 to confirm my prompt for my story. I'm really getting excited about doing this one.
