Smallville - Promise

Could've Been Better

Yes, the day could have gone better but it wasn't totally bad.  I miraculously survived what happened to be the worst episode of Smallville ever to air.  Thankfully, next week's episode is looks to be a vast improvement for last night's.  Also my printer/scanner/copier died on me today, so it looks like we have to get a new one.  Oh well.

The Tigers did make it a better day, but the score was interesting.  The Tigers played the Phillies today and beat them 12-9.  As you can see, the pitching wasn't all that good on both sides.  Mike Maroth started for the Tigers and gave up 3 runs over 5 innings, so that wasn't too bad.  The amazing thing about the game today was that the Tigers scored all of their runs from the 4th to the 8th innings.  That is pretty impressive.

I was once again able to get some work done on my fic but it was very little.  I wanted to write more but it just wasn't happening for me today.  Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
