I was finally able to get some writing done today. Yay!! It wasn't a whole lot but it was more than what I had done previously. I have a feeling that I will be writing up a storm some time soon and I hope I do it often because I'd really like to get going on this one. So, let's hope I get more done tomorrow and throughout the week.
The Tigers continue to roll during Grapefruit League action this spring. They played the Cincinatti Reds today and beat them 6-2. Kenny Rogers was on the mound for the Bengals this afternoon and pitched 5 innings of 2-run ball in picking up the victory.
Tigers 6, Reds 2Also, the Tigers made some roster moves today. The roster was trimmed by 10 players today, which included top prospect Cameron Maybin. None of the moves were not unexpected and as of the cuts today, the Tigers roster is down to 39 players. With 39 players still in the big league camp, that leaves only 14 more to be cut before they have the 25 men that will head north when the Tigers start the regular season.
