Spider-Man 4 and 5

Word has come done from on high, well maybe not from on high, but there has been a major development concerning the next 2 Spider-Man films. The news is pretty good but it's just speculation at the moment. Spider-Man 4 and possibly 5 developments. If this is true, I just hope 4 is a WAY better than 3.
