There He Goes...

Saw something so amazing that it baffles the mind. At a stop light, a car that was just ahead of me took off when the light was still red but with the turn left arrow on. I've never seen that happen before and if there was a cop nearby, a ticket would have been given out. They were just lucky no one was turning left across from where I was or there would have been an accident.
