Keeping One's Sanity
Oct. 9th, 2010 03:41 pmI've been having modem problems over the last week and getting some help for it was a real pain. It really bothered me when talking to my service provider about my problem and they take SO long to get to the right method of fixing it, which is replacing it.
Well, we got the new modem but it was found OUTSIDE on the front door step. Never heard anyone come to the door or check the others to let us know that it was there because it could have been there since last night. If that was the case, we were lucky that it didn't get stolen.
Any who, set the new modem up for both the desktop and my laptop and things are working fine. Getting things to work fine was just as much of a hassle as getting the modem in the first place. Hopefully nothing happens to this one for a VERY long time.
