Smallville Goes Marvel

For the last few episodes of Smallville we have heard about the Vigilante Registration Act. Once I heard this it quickly brought to mind the SHRA (Super Hero Registration Act) that was put in effect in the Marvel Universe a few years ago which lead to the Civil War.

Both Acts required heroes to register and officially work for the government. People following Marvel knows what how the ultimate endgame turned out to be and that it was eventually repealed.

It will be interesting to see how things unfold in Smallville because they have little time left to explore this piece of legislation.
