Didn't Think I Would Get It

I didn't think that I would get my hands on a book that I now have in my possession but to my surprise I do. V The Second Generation came out in hard cover almost a year ago and it just came out in paperback last month. The paperback is the one I have because it is of course the cheaper edition, lol.

The book is based upon the original V miniseries from the early 80s and was written by V creator Kenneth Johnson. The book takes place in the present and does not include events from the second V miniseries or the TV series so I am eager to see how much different it will be. Being a huge fan, I just had to get a copy of this novel and I can't wait to read it.

There has been talk about turning the book into a miniseries and I'm all for it. I hope it happens and soon.

Oh, yeah, Kenneth Johnson, I remember seeing his name all over the show when it aired. I haven't heard anything new since I posted the news about the 'redo'!! Should be good!!:D

Yep, it was the man behind that classic piece of sci-fi. I haven't heard anything about the remake either and I hope that KJ is involved with it in some form. Btw, he was also an executive producer on the Incredible Hulk tv series.
